MAKE.COM AUTOMATION

Make.com automation that stays maintainable — and a clean way off Integromat.

We build, repair and migrate Make.com scenarios for teams whose daily work runs on them. We build n8n too, so when Make.com is the wrong tool for you, we say so instead of selling around it.

Let's talk

This page is for you if

STILL ON INTEGROMAT

Part of your business runs on scenarios built in Integromat years ago. They work, mostly — but the platform they were built for no longer exists, and nobody wants to be the one who touches them.

THE OPERATIONS BILL KEEPS CLIMBING

The scenarios have not changed, but the monthly invoice has. Volume grew, polling triggers kept polling every few minutes, and you are now paying for operations nobody can account for.

NOBODY DARES OPEN IT

One scenario has grown to dozens of modules, routers and filters. It carries the most important process in the company, and changing anything feels like defusing it.

BUILT BY SOMEONE WHO LEFT

A freelancer or a former colleague set everything up. The scenarios follow their logic, the documentation was their memory — and it left with them.

What you get

Integromat migration without a big-bang weekend

We inventory what actually runs in your legacy Integromat account, rebuild it in Make.com, and run old and new side by side on live data before a single webhook is switched over. Nothing gets turned off until its replacement has proven itself.

A straight answer: Make.com or n8n

We build on both, so we have no side to defend. Make.com wins when non-developers need to maintain the automation and volumes are moderate. n8n wins when you need self-hosting, complex logic, or pricing that survives high volume. We tell you which applies to you.

Untangling scenarios you inherited

We reconstruct what a scenario actually does — not what someone once said it does — and split overgrown ones into smaller scenarios with clear handovers, so a change in one place stops breaking three others.

An operations cost audit

Inflated Make.com bills usually share the same causes: polling where a webhook would do, iterating before filtering, scenarios scheduled far more often than the data changes. We find them and fix them without removing anything you rely on.

A scenario map that stays with you

A plain document of which scenario listens to what, writes where and depends on whom. The next person to touch your account should not have to click through forty modules to find out.

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

We look at the account first

Before recommending anything, we go through your actual Make.com or Integromat account: what runs, how often, what it costs and where it has been failing. The plan comes from that, not from a template.

  2. 02

Fix, migrate or rebuild — per scenario

Each scenario gets the cheapest sensible treatment. Some need one filter. Some need rebuilding in Make.com. A few genuinely belong in n8n — and we say which ones, and why.

  3. 03

Parallel run, then a deliberate switch

Replacements run alongside the originals on live data until the outputs match. Only then does the old scenario retire — and you keep an export of it, just in case.

Make.com and Integromat questions

Integromat still works for us. Do we actually have to migrate?

Not today, but the direction is one-way. Integromat has been retired in favour of Make.com: legacy scenarios keep running, but they no longer get new features or fixes, while the apps around them keep changing their APIs. Migrating in a quiet week you chose beats migrating during the outage that finally forces it.

Can Integromat scenarios be moved to Make.com automatically?

Partly. Make.com offers a migration path, but in practice connections need re-authorising, webhooks need re-pointing, and data stores and old app versions often have no direct equivalent. We treat migration as a rebuild with a checklist, not a button — it is the only way to know the result actually works.

Should we be on Make.com or n8n?

It depends — and we mean that literally, because we build both. Stay on Make.com if your team maintains the automation themselves, your volumes are moderate and your tools have good Make.com apps. Consider n8n if data must stay on your own servers, your logic has outgrown visual routers, or execution volume makes per-operation pricing hurt. Roughly half the people who ask us this should stay where they are.

Our Make.com operations usage keeps rising. Can it be reduced?

Usually, yes. The common causes are polling every few minutes against data that changes hourly, iterators processing records a filter should have dropped earlier, and scenarios cut so that the same data is fetched twice. None of this is visible on the invoice — it shows up when someone reads the scenarios.

The person who built our scenarios is gone. Can you take them over?

Yes. We start by reading and documenting what is actually in the account, because inherited scenarios rarely match anyone's description of them. Once there is a map, we agree what to stabilise, what to rebuild and what to quietly delete — most accounts contain scenarios nobody has needed for years.

Do you also build new Make.com scenarios, or only rescue old ones?

Both. Where Make.com fits — standard SaaS tools, a team that wants to adjust things themselves, no exotic logic — we are glad to build new scenarios on it. We are not trying to move everyone to n8n; migration for its own sake is a cost, not progress.

Show us one scenario.

Send us the scenario nobody wants to touch, or tell us what still runs on Integromat. We will tell you what to fix, what to migrate — and what to leave exactly as it is.
