Custom software for the process that makes you different.
We build small, focused business apps — internal tools that replace the spreadsheet everyone fears and the SaaS nobody quite fits into. Buy software for generic problems. Build only where your process is the edge.
Let's talkYou probably need this if
A quick list quietly became the operational database. Five people edit it at once, one bad sort scrambles the orders, and nobody dares touch the formulas any more.
You bought a tool for the job, but your process has to bend around it. Half the real information lives in a notes field, and the steps that matter most happen outside the software.
The licence bill grows every year — for a suite of features your team never opens, because the one feature you actually need is missing.
How the quote gets calculated, which column means what, why row 40 is red — it all lives in one colleague’s head. When they are on holiday, so is the process.
What we build
A build-or-buy answer before any code
The first thing we check is whether an existing product already solves your problem. Accounting, email, payroll — generic problems belong in off-the-shelf software, and we will tell you to buy it. We only build where the process is genuinely yours.
A first version that fits in weeks
Not a platform. The smallest app that takes over the one workflow currently held together by a spreadsheet. Everything else stays on the list until the first version has earned its keep.
A real data model instead of columns
Structure, validation, relations and history — the things a spreadsheet imitates until it can’t. Your data becomes something you can query, protect and rely on.
Screens built around daily use
We design around the fields people actually fill in, not every field they conceivably might. Our own invoice tool Fakturyzator was built this way: fewer inputs, faster to done.
Roles, permissions and a change history
Who can see what, who can change what, and a record of who changed it. The audit trail a shared spreadsheet never had.
Code that is yours, in your accounts
The repository, the database and the hosting live in accounts you control. Any competent developer could take the project over tomorrow — independence from us is part of the deliverable.
How we work
- 01
Watch the work, not the wishlist
We start with the spreadsheet or tool as it is used today — which columns matter, which steps happen off-screen, what breaks. The software gets designed from that, not from a feature list.
- 02
Cut the scope on purpose
Together we decide what the first version will not do. That list is the most valuable document of the project — it is what keeps the build at weeks instead of quarters.
- 03
Working software early, feedback often
The people who will use it click through real screens within the first weeks. Whatever they stumble over gets fixed while changing course is still cheap.
- 04
Run it, then grow it
We deploy it, host it or hand it over, and stay available for changes. New features get added once the current version has proven them necessary — not before.

Skladion — a warehouse system shaped around one real workflow
A lightweight warehouse app built for how a family business actually receives, stores and ships goods — instead of a generic inventory feature list they would use a tenth of.
Skladion — a warehouse system shaped around one real workflowWhat teams say after working with Radek.
Real feedback from businesses using the systems, automations and websites we have delivered.
“The collaboration was very professional. I especially appreciate Radek's fast communication, willingness to respond to our needs and ability to find practical solutions even for specific requirements.”
“Everything works great, often even beyond the scope of the brief. I especially appreciate the speed and the patience to explain everything through meetings or clear video walkthroughs.”
“The result is a modern, clear website, technically well crafted and precisely matching our needs. Professional approach, reliability and speed that truly makes a difference.”
Questions about custom software
When is custom software worth it — and when should we just buy SaaS?
Buy when the problem is generic: accounting, email, payroll, calendars. Those markets are mature and no custom build will beat them. Build when the process is specific to how you win business — the part your competitors do differently or worse. If an off-the-shelf product covers ninety percent of what you described, we will recommend it and not take the project.
Who owns the code?
You do, fully. The repository sits in your GitHub organisation, the database and hosting run in your accounts, and no licence ties you to us. If we disappeared tomorrow, another developer could pick the project up from the documentation.
What happens when we need changes a year later?
You ask, we quote, we build — or your own developer does, which is exactly what the handover is designed for. Small businesses rarely need a retainer; most of our clients come back a few times a year with a concrete change. Nothing in the arrangement obliges you to.
How do you stop the project growing into a platform?
By writing down what the first version will not do and defending that list. Features that survive contact with real use get built next; the ones that only sounded good never get built at all. This is most of why our builds take weeks.
Where does the app run, and what does running it cost?
Typically on Vercel and Supabase, in your accounts. For a team-sized internal tool the infrastructure is usually tens of euros a month, often less. We set up backups and monitoring as part of the build, and can either maintain the app or hand it over entirely.
Can you migrate the data from our current spreadsheet or tool?
Yes — the migration is part of the first version, not an extra. We import the history, clean up what is obviously broken, and run the old and new systems side by side for a while. Switching over becomes a decision, not a leap.
