Custom business apps, AI automation and n8n workflows.

We help small and medium businesses replace repeated admin, overloaded spreadsheets and disconnected tools with practical automations and internal software.

WHAT WE FIX

Start with the operational friction, not the technology.

The best automation projects begin with a repeated, slow or error-prone workflow. AI is one option, not the starting point.

01
REPEATED ADMIN

Your team copies the same information between emails, forms and business tools every week.

02
SPREADSHEET SYSTEMS

Excel has quietly become an operational database, but it is fragile, difficult to share and hard to control.

03
DISCONNECTED TOOLS

Forms, CRM, accounting, email and databases all hold part of the process, with people moving data between them.

04
AI & DOCUMENTS

Messages and documents need classifying, summarising or extracting before a person can take the next step.

05
CUSTOMER PORTALS

Customers keep asking for updates, documents and status because they have no useful place to find them.

06
INTERNAL TOOLS

Off-the-shelf software almost fits, but your real workflow still lives in workarounds and side channels.

HOW IT WORKS

Workflow first. Technology second.

We begin with how the work runs today, then build the smallest useful change and validate it with real users.

01

Map the current workflow

We talk to the people doing the work and document what arrives, who touches it, where it moves and what a good result looks like.

02

Find the repeated manual steps

We identify the copying, waiting, checking and re-keying that consumes time or creates errors, then choose one useful place to start.

03

Choose the simplest useful solution

That might be n8n, a small integration, an AI-assisted step or a custom app. We use the smallest tool that fits the workflow and can be maintained.

04

Build a small working version

We connect it to real data and put it in front of the people who will use it before expanding the scope.

05

Test, learn and improve

We watch what happens in day-to-day use, fix the friction and extend only the parts that create measurable value.

REAL PROJECTS

A few things we’ve built.

Working products and workflows, not generic portfolio concepts — each started with a real operational problem and a deliberately small first solution.

Bettr Terminal

Desktop · AI terminal

A cross-platform terminal built for AI coding agents — shared Brain memory, team Skills, an MCP vault and voice dictation, plus an iPhone companion to drive it on the go.

Bettr Recorder

Desktop · screen capture

A local-first screen recorder with automatic cursor-zoom and beautiful backgrounds — studio-quality demos, no cloud.

Brain

MCP · team memory

A shared knowledge graph over MCP that gives a team's AI tools a memory across every session and every CLI.

Plendoo

SaaS · team operations

A team-operations platform — projects, sprints, time, invoicing and finance — that AI agents can run through MCP.

Skladion

Warehouse system

A lightweight warehouse system shaped around a real family-business workflow.

Fakturyzator

Invoice generator

A focused invoice generator built around speed and the fields people actually use every day.

Client inquiry automation

n8n · Notion · Telegram

An n8n workflow that captures each inquiry, structures the data and notifies the right person instantly.

CLIENT FEEDBACK

What teams say after working with Radek.

Real feedback from businesses using the systems, automations and websites we have delivered.

The collaboration was very professional. I especially appreciate Radek's fast communication, willingness to respond to our needs and ability to find practical solutions even for specific requirements.
Petr JirasekOwner, event4.cz
Everything works great, often even beyond the scope of the brief. I especially appreciate the speed and the patience to explain everything through meetings or clear video walkthroughs.
Martin BulakManaging Director, BOOSTERS
The result is a modern, clear website, technically well crafted and precisely matching our needs. Professional approach, reliability and speed that truly makes a difference.

HOW WE WORK

How a project runs.

We work project by project — scoped and quoted upfront. No fixed packages, no lock-in, and you own everything we build.

01

Free first call

We get on a call, look at how the work runs today and what a good result looks like. No pitch deck, no pressure.

02

Scope & fixed quote

We define exactly what we'll build and quote a fixed price for that scope. Clear boundaries, no surprises later.

03

Build with your team

We build into your existing stack and put working software in front of the people who'll actually use it.

04

Handover — you own it

You keep everything we write — code, workflows, accounts. Optional ongoing help if you'd like us around.

THE BUILDER

Founder-led work, from the first workflow map to the handover.

Being Labs is operated by Radek through Being lifestyle s.r.o. You speak directly with the person designing and building the solution.

Radek Venzhöfer

I think about problems, find practical solutions and build products around them. If other people share the problem, it is worth turning the solution into something useful.

I'm a Czech automation and product builder. I run Being Labs through Being lifestyle s.r.o. and I am also involved in RV-Trade, our family forestry business. That first-hand operational experience is where projects such as Skladion started.

I work problem-first and build in public. n8n, Make.com, Supabase, Lovable, Claude or custom code are means to an end: a maintainable system that fits the real workflow. If AI is not the right answer, I will say so.

What I work in
  • Lovable, Supabase, n8n + AI
  • Make.com automations
  • Claude / ChatGPT / ElevenLabs
What I'll push back on
  • Rebuilding things that already work
  • AI for AI's sake
  • Anything that needs a vendor lock-in

Come say hi. No pitch, just a conversation.

Bring one thing your team is tired of doing. We'll have a chat about whether it's the kind of thing we can help with. If it's not, we'll probably know someone who can.

Let's talk
